Breakfast
A small breakfast with coffee, tea and pastries, awaits you in the indoor swimming pool from 7:00 AM onwards. Starting from 7:30 AM, a wonderful breakfast with everything that your heart desires awaits you. Enjoy the rich selection from our breakfast buffet. After 10:30 AM we are happy to serve you a small breakfast at the bar.
Lunch
Between 12:30 and 17:00 you can choose to enjoy a delicious à la carte in our traditional Stube or on our beautiful terrace.
Dinner
Dinner is served from 19:00 to 20:30 in the restaurant. In the summer months we serve it for you on the terrace.
Afternoon coffee
and homemade cakes are served in the hall, on the sun terrace or by the swimming pool.
Babysitter
Please let us know your requirements one day in advance and we will be happy to organise childcare.

We kindly ask you to check out of your room by 11:00 AM. You can settle your hotel bill at the reception from 08.00 on the day of your departure, or on the evening before if you leave earlier. If you leave before 07:30 AM, we are happy to prepare a breakfast or a packed lunch for you. Please inform us of your wishes the day before by 20:00 PM.

Our little guests will find it in the basement.
Clothing
Come as you feel most comfortable. However, we are very happy if your attire enhances the setting of our celebrations. Wearing shorts, mountain boots or slippers to dinner is not encouraged. Children excluded.

Dorf Tirol, Merano and the surrounding area offer a wide range of cultural events. It is our pleasure to assist you with the procurement of tickets. Kurkarten/Guestcard. Will be provided for you on arrival.

Dogs
are welcome, but they have no access to the restaurant and the garden. Dog bags and the possibility to dry your dog in case of rain are available at the entrance to the garage.

A washing trough for cleaning them is located by the garage door.
Internet
The internet point is located in the hotel lobby and is open daily from 08:00 to 23:00. In the rooms you can connect via "Wireless Lan" with ADSL speed in the rooms. Use is free of charge. Since Dorf Tirol does not yet offer a fibre optic connection, but only ADSL, we kindly ask you not to download too much data.
Laundry
There is a laundry bag in the wardrobe, as well as the price list. Place the laundry bag in front of the wardrobe. Your maid will make sure that your laundry is returned clean (at least within 48 hours).

Our new sauna area Cloud 7 is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by lift. Please note that this is a textile-free zone and access for children under 16 is not permitted. Opening hours: daily from 14:00 to 19:15, on rainy days from 11:00.

For your own safety, please keep your valuables in the safe and close the balcony door at night.

According to Italian law, smoking is forbidden in closed rooms. All our rooms are non-smoking. Thank you for your understanding. Ashtrays can be found on your balcony or the common outdoor areas.

Generally speaking, most shops are open from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 15:00 to 19:00, on Saturdays from 09:00 to 12:30. Some shops are now also open throughout the day.

Can be found downstairs on the way to the indoor swimming pool and is easily reached by lift. All information about the treatments can be found in our SPA catalogue. The reception and the beauty department is happy to assist you with consultation, recommendations and bookings. Opening hours: 09.00 to 19.00. Closed on Sunday.
